Ticketing & Support
As your business grows, the needs, support and contacts grow with it. Similarly, as Ribbon Gang grows, the team evolves and we look to improve our management and service provisions, our new ticketing system has been developed to help keep track of what work occurs, by who, how is it progressing and overall solve and answer your problems or questions, quicker.
Of course you can always reach out to your Account Manager but going through the ticketing system is now the faster path to getting a solution. Give it a try and let us know what your feedback is!
It is also important to be aware that depending on your contract or agreement, unless retained services are already included, often support may incur additional charges.
