What are Ribbon Gang’s standard terms of payment?
Ribbon Gang typically requires payment of invoices within 7 days of invoicing.

If there are questions about your invoice or billing, please contact your Account Manager.
Special Terms
For WordPress website hosting, these invoices need to be paid before the renewal date in order to ensure a smooth continuation of services. If invoices for hosting are not paid on time, this may result in your site coming down temporarily.
Storage of video footage is archived for 12 months. The footage is available to clients however once archived, access to this will incur an administrative cost.
