Ribbon Gang works with clients of all shapes and sizes, goals and objectives. Depending on what you are after from your website will determine the level of service required. Currently, Ribbon Gang offers 3 tiers of Hosting, listed below.

Tier 3:

Best for static websites that don’t need to be updated.

Includes:

• 7 days of backups
• Auto plugin updates

Does not include:

• Plugin support
• Support is available but not included (support costs billed out separately)
• Reporting

Annual Cost: $350 + GST (20% discount applied to annual billing)Monthly Cost: $35 + GST per month

Tier 2: 

Best for smaller, eCommerce businesses or marketing sites that regularly have content changes.

Includes:

• 30 days of backups
• Auto plugin updates
• Includes plugin support
• Includes 5 hours a quarter of general support
• Includes standard reporting

Annual Cost: $2,500 + GST (20% discount applied to annual billing)

Monthly Cost: $250 + GST per month

Tier 1: 

Best for fully fledged eCommerce and marketing operations with ongoing maintenance and campaigns, reporting and optimisations required.

Includes:

• 30 days of backups
• Auto plugin updates
• Includes advanced plugin support
• Includes 20 hours a quarter of technical support
• Includes advanced reporting
• Includes SEO reporting and implementation, up to the quarterly assigned hours of support

Annual Cost: $9,000 + GST (20% discount applied to annual billing)

Monthly Cost: $900 + GST per month

Note:

• No pro-rata hosting costs are provided due to the hard costs incurred by Ribbon Gang. Once selected and paid, this cost is non-refundable.
• A minimum of one month’s notice is required to migrate hosting and may incur additional charges if support is required.
• All hosting will continue on a rolling basis until instructions are provided to end any arrangement.
