The Challenge:
Refundid needed to frame their product instant refunds before return of merchandise as quick, easy, and painless for the typical online buyer. The disruptor concept was new, but without the narrative, users might be confused.
Why Ribbon Gang:
They were looking for an agency to not just creatively and strategically generate content, but shape the message, design the customer experience, and create assets that could be plugged into a larger campaign ecosystem.
Constraints:
- Had to clearly define Refundid in under 60 seconds
- Had to align with Refundid's clean, tech-forward visual brand
- Assets for the campaign needed to be able to translate for both B2C and B2B messaging
- Required messaging on numerous formats for use on web, social, and merchant sites
